About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Emergency Doctor to join our dynamic 24/7 Emergency Department. The ideal candidate will provide immediate medical care to patients with acute injuries or illnesses, ensuring rapid assessment, stabilisation, and treatment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide rapid assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for emergency cases.
- Perform life-saving procedures and stabilise critically ill patients.
- Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and support staff in high-pressure situations.
- Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records.
- Ensure adherence to medical protocols, safety standards, and ethical guidelines.
Requirements
- Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent.
- Valid medical licence to practise.
- Specialisation or certification in Emergency Medicine is considered an asset.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an emergency or acute care setting.
- Experience handling trauma, resuscitation, and critical care.
Skills
- Strong clinical judgement and rapid decision-making ability.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in emergency procedures and equipment.
